Maximum grants combined
Optional interest-free loan (on top of grant)
The rural uplift does not apply to the loan. It is a grant uplift only.
Eligibility: Applicant must be a natural person, owner-occupier, with the property on domestic council tax. Not available where the property is owned by a business or listed as a business asset.
Solar: The standalone solar/battery HES grant closed on 6 June 2024. Solar qualifies for 0% VAT (until 31 March 2027), SEG export income, and optional interest-free loan routes only.
